About Me

From a young age, I have been deeply intrigued by the nature of dreams. What causes us to dream the things we do and how can they feel so real? This curiosity naturally propelled me to explore the mysteries of the subconscious mind. The subconscious is the mastermind behind our dreams and so much more. It drives our habits, thoughts, emotions, and holds the key to who we are at a deep and intrinsic level. The subconscious mind is a place of hidden power and exploring it can lead to profound transformation.

As I learned more, I began my own journey of self-exploration to uncover what programming existed in my subconscious and how it was learned. Through this process, I was able to release limiting beliefs and step into a more authentic version of myself. These experiences strengthened my belief in the life-changing power of the subconscious mind and inspired my passion for helping others on their own journeys of growth.

I believe hypnotherapy is one of the most effective tools for this kind of deep work which is why becoming a certified hypnotherapist is so meaningful for me. When I work with clients, I focus on creating a personalized and supportive partnership. My goal is to support and guide but it is the client who always puts in the real work.

My Approach


Identify

The first step is to become aware of your subconscious programming. This will involve guided introspection and self-reflection to bring the unconscious idea to conscious awareness. Identifying these patterns is crucial to understanding how they are affecting behavior.

Reframe

Once identified, the next step is to challenge and reframe the subconscious idea. This involves questioning the validity of it, examining where it came from, and exploring evidence to the contrary. The goal is to replace the negative belief with a an empowering one that aligns with values and goals while in hypnosis.

Reinforce

The final step is to strengthen and integrate the new idea into everyday life. This is done using repetition, visualization and affirmations. It is also the client’s responsibility to take consistent action that supports the new belief outside of sessions. The more we practice living in alignment with the new belief, the more it becomes a new reality.

The First Session - What to Expect


Step 1: Intro & Goal Setting

We’ll start by talking about what you’d like to achieve with hypnotherapy so I understand your goals and can tailor the session to your needs.

Step 2: Building Trust & Connection

I’ll listen to your concerns and make sure you feel heard and comfortable. It’s important for you to feel safe and understood.

Step 3: Explain How Hypnotherapy Works

I’ll explain the process of hypnotherapy, so you know exactly what to expect and feel confident in the session.

Step 4: Relaxation & Suggestibility Testing

I’ll guide you into a relaxed state, and we’ll do a simple test to see how your body responds to suggestions. This helps me understand how receptive your mind is.

Step 5: Hypnosis & Positive Suggestions

Once you’re relaxed and induced into hypnosis, I’ll offer positive suggestions to help create the changes you want in your life. This is where the real change happens!

Step 6: Awakening & Next Steps

I’ll guide you back to full awareness and we’ll talk about any shifts you’ve noticed. We’ll also discuss any exercises or homework to reinforce the work until our next session.
